Our Professional Services practice also delegates Project Managers when clients need “steady hands” with deep real life project management experience, who know what works and what does not.   Project management at ELCA Advisory is not about administration, it is about delivering great work and lasting impact with our clients. 

Therefore, we are looking to augment our team in Professional Services with an individual who is able to take responsibility and lead the client’s team to great results.  You are a passionate, pragmatic, interdisciplinary Project Manager with a proven technical and methodological background, able to lead challenging IT projects through the entire project lifecycle.  You enjoy being in a key position to interface between the client and the client's IT team and develop modern IT solutions.

Your role

  • You supervise client’s projects from planning to delivery
  • You are responsible for meeting deadlines, budgets and resource planning
  • You apply modern and effective project methods (agile and classic project methodology) and develop them further
  • You ensure compliance with quality guidelines
  • You take on the leadership of experienced team members in projects
  • You work actively in the projects to ensure project success (requirements engineering, architecture, development and implementation)
  • You create offers and customer presentations and support pre-sales activities as needed

Your profile

  • Experience with key development, collaboration and project management methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, HERMES, Lean Kanban, Change Management, etc.)
  • Experience in business analysis, project & program management and controlling (PMO)
  • Motivated, positive and pragmatic way of working
  • Coaching and leadership of project team members
  • Proven technical understanding
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for customers from different industries
  • Fluent in French and English, German is a plus
