Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, SECUTIX is looking for a Learning and Digital Adoption Manager to join our team based in central London.

You will have a pivotal role in developing our approach to customer learning and the ongoing adoption of our core SaaS products: S-360, S-MOBILE and S-PAY.

You will work with our Professional Services and Customer Success teams to identify customer learning requirements and deliver a variety of learning solutions that help them meet those needs.

Your role

  • Consult with the SECUTIX leadership team to shape the customer learning and digital adoption strategy.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver customer learning experiences and resources.
  • Consult with Professional Services and Customer Success teams to identify new customer learning requirements.
  • Raise awareness of customer learning offer across our professional services, customer success and support teams.
  • Grow our S-Academy library of digital learning courses and how-to videos.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to make improvements to our customer learning offer.
  • Fulfil ad-hoc internal learning requests.

Your profile

  • Bs. Degree
  • Solid experience in designing and delivering learning experiences and resources in a similar industry.
  • Understanding of best practice in digital adoption, knowledge management, and change management.
  • Learning design skills using a variety of tools; including Microsoft 365, digital learning authoring, graphic design, video editing.
  • The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Can manage your own workload and deliver through others.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
  • Fluent in English; French, German or Spanish is a plus.
