As we continue to grow, we are currently looking for highly qualified senior colleagues to join our dynamic team in Zurich, Bern, Lausanne and Geneva.

ELCA is the leading independent Swiss partner for digital transformation, from the development of suitable strategies and technology consulting to implementation and operation. We are at the forefront of technology, combining in-depth business- and IT-consulting experience with comprehensive implementation know-how and helping our clients move forward with a proven and pragmatic approach, tailored to their situation.

Your role

Are you interested in driving digitization and digital transformation in the public sector in Switzerland? Do you have profound knowledge and experience in the initialization and management of larger digitization and digital transformation projects and programs? Then join us and, together with our clients and teams, to digitally transform our public administration and related public sectors, and strengthen Switzerland's digital capabilities.

Where applicable, you then support the client until the strategy and solutions have been successfully implemented.
  • You actively contribute to the further development of ELCA Advisory's service offerings for the public sector.
  • In the context of our team work on mandates and beyond, you take responsibility for younger employees and support them in their professional and career development.
  • As an entrepreneurial thinker and doer, you develop your network and help to develop exciting new topics and projects. You can count on the unique skills of our ELCA Advisory Team and the ELCA Group as a whole.
