Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you help our customers to define and design their processes (as-is and to-be) as well as elicit requirements for the design of new digital solutions. You act as an interface between the business and IT. Your interlocutors at our customers will be decision-makers, users, business experts on one side and IT experts on the other.

• Receive the high level functional requirement from Product Managers or customers in Switzerland
• Seek for technical/functional design 
• Provide detailed specification with mockup, workflow as well as details rules for user stories
• Transfer the business requirement and specification for development team and quality team
• Perform user acceptance testing and validate the user stories
• Ensure engineering team delivered features fulfill business values for end customers.
• Lead the full “business analysis” lifecycle from business needs to the analysis and the solution design in collaboration with the business and technical stakeholders and according to proven methodologies.
• Contribute to workshops with our clients to guide them through the different phases of the product.
• Elicit and document business needs, efficiently driving the business analysis.
• Manage and prioritize requirements on the different level (Epic, Features, Stories)
• Testing and validation of realized solutions.

• University degree in computer science, business administration 
• At least 5 years of professional experience in business analysis or business consulting (ideally in a service company)
• Fluent level of English (French or German are a plus)
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, demonstrated success in dealing with stakeholders and experts
• Robust communication and persuasion skills are critical to responding to RFPs and marketing initiatives in English
• Proactivity, strong ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Excellent analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial approach, high motivation in taking IT solutions from idea to successful implementation.
