As a presales consultant you will be joining a expanding sales organization in the Paris.  You will be responsible for building solutions that revolutionize the ticketing industry by seamlessly connecting people to their passions, experiences, and communities. You will aspire to be the driving force behind every unforgettable moments, simplifying the way events are managed, tickets are purchased, and memories are created.  You will collaborate and get work done by building relationships with key executives, selling directly to IT and business leaders, while also owning the technical elements of a value-oriented sales cycle.  You will project expertise, thought leadership and strive to become a trusted advisor to clients.

Your role

What you will be doing

  • Partner with Account Executives to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across industries to solve diverse mission-critical business problems
  • Drive the discovery process, helping to uncover your customer’s current pains and align to their business objectives
  • Elaborate creative value propositions corresponding to the specificities of our customers and prospects across sports, live entertainment and cultural sectors
  • Prepare and deliver high impact presentations and demonstrations that tell SECUTIX differentiated story
  • Partner with customers to design value based solutions that drive value and significant business impact
  • Ensure that customers understand and are comfortable with how SECUTIX is secure and compliant
  • Guide customers through the evaluation process of SECUTIX ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements
  • Contribute to the success of a rapidly growing and evolving SE organization
  • Act as a liaison between Product, Marketing and Sales, sharing customer feedback to help craft the product roadmap
  • Working cross functionally with Success and cross clouds teams to build compelling go to market assets

Your profile

What you should have

  • Recommended 3-6 Enterprise years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization
  • 3+ years of experience as a Presales Solutions Engineer / Solutions Architect / Sales Engineer / Implementation Consultant. Alternatively, 3+ years of experience leading projects and/or working with customers as a Technical Architect, Technical Engineer and/or a Software Developer 
  • Experience positioning ticketing software for other software organization and at least 2 other roles in ticketing/events across the sports, live entertainment and cultural industries
  • Knowledge of the event management platforms, ticketing solutions and software's
  • Experience with managing large tenders, bids, RFI, RFPs, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a knack for delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • A consultative approach with solving your customer’s business challenges and having a track record of successfully overcoming technical and security objections. Problem solving is in your DNA!
  • Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem
  • Ability to thrive and adapt to a rapidly evolving product and market that will define the future of work
  • Intense, strong disciplined, self-motivated - to execute well in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about customer success - active teaming with the extended team
  • Ability to navigate data and people to find answers
  • Has handled difficult customers or situations and can demonstrate resolutions
  • Fluent in French and English, another language is desirable such as German or Dutch
  • Ability to travel for up to 50% of the time each quarter.
