Your role

  • Build a joint business plan with the partner based on business goals and support execution, thereafter, provide measurement and feedback to support the partner health.
  • Engage the Sales teams on opportunities.
  • Infuse the partner's Customer Success and Professional Services capabilities where needed to get customers to value for a predictable expansion and or support the scaling of Secutix Services team.
  • Develop/bring knowledge and expertise to work across relevant global and regional partners (distributors, resellers, VARs, GSI, RSI, ISV, etc.) to achieve partnership goals such as net new customers and adoption.
  • Support your partners in their go-to-market activities.
  • Ensure successful development and execution of the partner programme by evangelizing, promoting, and onboarding new partners that contribute to the overall partner business plan. 
  • Organize and execute events with and for our partner community including enablement on Secutix products and services
  • Pitch value proposition of Secutix partnership on all levels (up to C-Level) 
  • Ensure alignment of all relevant stakeholders on pursues in joint accounts 
  • Work with the wider Sales and Corporate teams to strategize on market progression and development.
  • Develop, negotiate and mobilise key partnership agreements working with legal teams.

Your profile

  • 6 - 10 years in a channel sales or channel management roles across EMEA, working in the technology and software industry, preferably with ticketing industry experience.
  • Experience on develeoping new partner programmes, focused on new relationships with distributors, resellers, VARs, ISVs, SI’s and GSI’s 
  • Ability to build, lead and implement strategy in a cross-functional environment. 
  • Strong executive selling and business development skills
  • Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, design and document program guidelines for distribution throughout the organization (all levels) and for external use 
  • High degree of motivation and flexibility, ensuring availability to the business when needed.
  • A strong customer experience mindset i.e., prompt and exemplary communication, meticulous presentation skills, maintaining a high bar for all work delivered, consummate professionalism in all tasks and interactions.
  • Be able to travel between 25% - 50% in some months across Europe.
