In this role
To accelerate our growth, SECUTIX is looking for a Junior Professional Services Manager based in Paris. You will join an onboarding team whose mission is to deploy and configure our solutions, to support our customers in change management and to foster the adoption of our solutions.
Main responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the deployment of our solutions according to standard methodology, process and tools, monitor all project activities
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, quality and budget
- Coordinate internal resources, third parties and partners for the flawless execution of projects
- Organize and lead business and technical workshops
- Organize and lead project committees
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks, propose and implement appropriate remedial actions when required
- Support our customers in in the adoption and use of solutions and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Train customers to use our solutions
- Take part in presales activities (demonstration, functional requirements analysis, offer redaction, etc.)

Your profile
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience as Project Officer / Project Manager in an IT / digital service company or a IT / digital consulting firm
- Familiar with SaaS solution or experience in operating a ticketing system
- Works collaboratively and curiously
- Takes ownership and responsibility for their work
- Professional, rigorous, flexible, and able to succeed in a rapidly changing environment
- Able to communicate in a clear, consistent, and transparent manner
- Capacity to deal with complex situations
Fluent in French, Intermediate level in English
