Your role

  • Significant contributions and assuming responsibility for booking group travel expenses.
  • Taking ownership of and ensuring compliance with the Group Expenses reimbursement Policy
  • Maintain and update accounting records and files.
  • Assist with accounts payable functions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Collaborate with other members of the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on accounting principles and regulations.
  • Execute IT purchases based on validated Purchase Orders
  • Follow reception of IT material
  • Manage/track software contracts licensing agreements.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to process payments and reconcile invoices in a timely manner.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with Oracle is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of written and speaking english, french would be a plus
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in accounting is preferred but not required.
