Workplace engineering is continuously improving user experience, customers services efficiency and systems performance. To reach a high level of quality services, service management teams need relevant data / metrics to build up comprehensive service management reports to demonstrate to customers all the services delivered.
Today, AI Technologies are playing a key role to gather, filter and organize data to build customized and standards reports. You will work with Workplace and Services staff to discover and implement end-to-end DataOps and MLOps lifecycle activities (automate data preparation and automation). You will also learn to data pipeline development, data/feature engineering, model development and experimentation, model deployment and monitoring, and user experience metrics design.
In this Internship, you will also gain experience with reporting ML technologies and put it in context of IT service management and Workplace technologies.
Your Role
- Learn the features of Microsoft 365 and service management.
- Automate data gathering, preparation and analysis.
- Compare ReportingML to other model serving frameworks.
- Conduct data preprocessing and cleaning to ensure the accuracy and quality of data sets.
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to team members and stakeholders

Your profile
- Holding a technical bachelors degree and/or doing your masters
- Fluent in German & Englisch
- Basic understanding of IoT concepts
- Interest in architecture, DevOps and Software Engineering
