We are seeking a highly skilled HR Senior Operations Manager to join our Human Resources team. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with our business goals and support employee satisfaction and retention.
Your role
As HR Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive and effective compensation and benefits programs. You will collaborate with senior management, and external partners to ensure our compensation and benefits strategy is aligned with industry standards and best practices. You will lead a team of five (5) people (HR Admin and C&B profiles)
Main responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the compensation review for the company in Switzerland and Europe
Design the set of different compensation and benefits policies
Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and the development of incentive schemes development
Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation strategy that attracts and retains top talents
Oversee location-specific regulatory compensation compliance
Analyze data from external and internal sources to prepare competitive intelligence summaries and compensation strategy recommendations
Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive
Manage the annual salary review process, preparing the ensuring fairness and equity
Lead the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs
Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with legal requirements
Communicate benefits information to employees and provide guidance on available programs
Lead or participate in broad HR initiatives
Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports

Your profile
- 10+ years relevant compensation experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or Finance or equivalent
- Excellent MS office skills (MS Excel, MS powerpoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, German is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Oracle
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of compensation best practices
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
