The HR Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for managing various human resources functions and supporting in administrative management. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and in-depth knowledge of the Italian employment market
Your role
HR:
Manage the full employee lifecycle administration – from contract issuing to employees departure
Maintain and update employees records
Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
Coordinate with benefit providers to enroll employees, process changes, and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, collective agreements, regulations, and company policies
Stay informed about changes in labor legislation and update HR practices accordingly.
Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies, such as INPS
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed
Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including disputes and grievances, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Recruitment:
Selecting and evaluating applications
Leading interviews in Italian & English
Searching for and approaching suitable candidates
Creating and maintaining requirement profiles and publishing job ads
Partner with hiring managers and head of operations to understand our recruitment needs
Build and maintain effective partnerships and positive relationships with candidates, colleagues, and hiring managers
Ensure that the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a timely manner

Your profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in HR
- 1year Previous experience in IT sourcing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Hands-on, proactive and autonomous
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good English and Italian (French a strong asset)
