We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to join our Business Technology Transformation practice in Basel, driving growth and innovation for our clients in the German-speaking cantons of Switzerland. This leadership role involves collaborating with CIOs and technology leaders to transform technology organizations into strategic innovation catalysts and drivers of digital transformation.
Your role
As an Enterprise Architect, you will be a key expert in our practice, guiding clients to transform their technology organizations into strategic catalysts for innovation. You will work closely with clients to modernize technology operations, embed tech capabilities in business, and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement enterprise architectures that drive business value and manage complexity.
- Analyze industry trends and recommend changes to enterprise architectures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement architecture strategies and roadmaps.
- Perform analysis of existing client architectures and define transformation options.
- Apply Enterprise Architecture frameworks to create blueprints and roadmaps.
- Support large-scale digital transformations to deliver business value.
- Manage workstreams or small teams and produce project deliverables.
- Establish trust-based relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor.
- Lead client meetings to drive insights and actions.
- Develop thought leadership and innovative insights on Enterprise Architecture topics.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, roadmaps, and business cases.
- Certified TOGAF Expert (preferred).
- Expertise in various architecture domains (Business, Data, Integration, Cloud, etc.).
- Experience in operating model design and implementation.
- Strong interpersonal and client interaction skills.
- Deep understanding of current IT trends.
- Master’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven success in managing strategic projects and leading teams.
- Proficiency in facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to excel under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients.
- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Swiss national languages is an asset.
