Test Manager with focus on Consulting
You are interested in the quality of the SW & you are the quality conscience of the project and help the customers to improve their test processes.
Our Advisory Team supports customers in an advisory capacity in digital projects. We build the bridge between business and IT. Our consultants feel just as comfortable in the management meeting as they do in the server room. Our practical experience underpins our consulting.
Moreover you are a test manager who is inspired by the following tasks:
- Creating test concepts, plans, methods and processes
- Coordinating test case creation, the test procedure and test resources in cooperation with the testers
- Implementing defect management
- Create test-specific status and completion reports
- Support the acceptance processes
- Develop yourself in test management and advise customers on the development of test strategies and test organisations.

Your profile
Technical degree from a renowned UNI/ETH/FH/HF
Practical experience as a test manager in large projects as well as test management experience in an agile approach
Very good planning, coordination and communication skills
Ability to deliver top performance both independently and in teams
Ideally already ISTQB Advanced Level certified
Very good German and English language skills
Willingness to work on site at our customers (usually in the Bern area)
