Your role

As a Senior Project manager you will be delivering great achievements; as such, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of the project and lead the teams to achieve a great result.

You are a passionate, pragmatic project manager with a proven track record, capable of leading sophisticated development and integration projects throughout the project lifecycle. You enjoy being in a key position to develop exciting, modern IT solutions at the interface between the customer and our interdisciplinary teams.

You are solution-oriented, able to propose innovative ideas to solve our customers' problems and challenges.

  • You will be responsible for our customers' projects, from planning to acceptance and maintenance.
  • You will be responsible for meeting deadlines, budgets and resource planning, as well as monitoring and reporting on progress.
  • You will apply and develop modern and efficient project methods (agile and classic project methodologies).
  • You will ensure compliance with internal quality policies.
  • You will provide project leadership to experienced business analysts, architects and software engineers.
  • You will prepare bids, customer presentations and support pre-sales activities, from kick-off to final deliverables. In particular, you will coordinate all necessary contributions requested from several stakeholders.
  • You will analyze customer requirements and find or create corresponding answers.

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with several years' proven experience in a IT/consulting firm at the interface between business and IT. The ideal profile is as follows:

  • University degree in business, management or IT - or equivalent professional experience
  • More than 5 years' experience in managing agile software development projects using various technologies. Experience as a consultant is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management, change management, systems development and process re-engineering.
  • Extensive know-how in IT solutions of various types (front-end, back-end, data-driven solutions, etc.).
  • Attraction to the customer's business.
  • Excellent skills in developing value propositions and attractive offers. Ability to understand business requirements and challenges in order to develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and partnership skills enabling you to collaborate, negotiate and build lasting relationships at all hierarchical levels, with complex stakeholder management.
  • Goal-oriented and team-oriented, you enjoy collaborating with colleagues in a true team spirit.
  • Fluent in English and French. German would be a plus.
