Your role
With the fast development of its IT services & products, ELCA is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to strengthen its FP&A department and perform the following activities:
- Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting for the entire group P&L
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze and monitor the KPIs trends, especially relating to metrics such as chargeability, revenues, gross margin and EBITDA, and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
- Ad-hoc business performance analysis
- Partner directly with the finance team, business units and corporate functions located in various countries to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews
- Analyze and present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various business units and corporate functions
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions
- Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights
- Take part in the implementation of the new group integrated ERP

Your profile
- Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or a related major
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role within an international environment
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
- Interest for the business of Information Technology and Services
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Experience of implementing a new ERP is a plus
- Fluent in English and French
