Your role
Related to employees :
- Organize, coordinate or facilitate social events, annual celebrations, welfare activities and employees’ initiatives that contribute to an inspiring, collaborative, trusted and healthy working environment
- Identify and promote opportunities that support our values, increase satisfaction and improve retention
- Support our onboarding process with activities such as monthly induction days, networking get-togethers, etc.
- Leverage internal channels to keep employees aware of key news and upcoming events, including digital signage and intranet
- Visual graphic production/content management for internal/external audience
- HR fairs presence coordination/project management
Related to targeted candidates :
- Work closely with local recruitment teams to design and secure an attractive candidate journey
- As key evangelist of our Employer Branding, maintain social presence (community management)
- Collect and design attractive content (text and visuals), cool stories and leading-edge topics to promote our collective expertise, individual talents and company culture externally
- Elaborate new ideas or replicate best practices to capture the attention and consideration of future talents

Your profile
- Strong organizational skills, at ease with multi-tasking and motivated by the steady pace of activities throughout the year
- Advanced proficiency with designer tools (Adobe Suite, rich media production a strong plus)
- Curious and pro-active, with a clear can-do attitude, autonomous and reliable
- Strong communicator, active listener, at ease with people, with speaking and writing fluency in both Spanish and English
- HR or Marketing degree or equivalent, with 3-4 years of experience
- Experience in community or blog management
