Your role
- Recruitment
- Develops the yearly recruitment strategy for the center in Granada
- Validate High Level Recruitment with CH/ Center Director before making offer (Recruitment Manager)
- Monitor attrition rate and deploy remedial actions where necessary
- Follow up on recruitment budget
- Legal
- Ensure that the company respects local legal framework as regard to labor laws
- Puts in place process and procedures that safeguards the interest of the company in terms of employee relations.
- Coordinate with legal advisor’s draft and validate contracts and other documentations
- Advise management in terms of labor law and other related matters
- Prepare disciplinary documents and handle disciplinary cases
- Payroll
- Collaborate with the Center Director to develop a coherent payroll structure
- Ensures that recruitment are done within set salary grid and monitor eventual impact on chargeability rate of the center
- Prepare the yearly salary budget in collaboration with the Finance Manager
- Compile monthly salary file and transmit same to Finance manager for bank transfer
- Prepare annual salary increase plan in collaboration with Center Director and present same to CHRO and CEO for validation
- Ensures payroll is delivered on time and quality
- Training and Development
- Head the Progress Talk process (Employees annual assessment)
- Develop the yearly training plan for the center based on the recommendations of DLs
- Monitor with the training manager to ensure that every collaborator gets the appropriate training.
- Monitor the training budget of the center with the Training manager and Finance manager
- Choose appropriate training and suppliers in order to meet quality standards and budgeted figures
- Ensure we completely use the training credit offered by Government every year
- General HR
- Conduct one to one with employees to listen to their needs
- Conduct exit interviews
- Conduct welcome of employees
- Put in place initiatives to improve employee’s retention.
- Propose and Monitor staff welfare activities
- Promotes a positive image of the company
- Head HR projects for Center or as directed by CHRO
- Develop, monitor and suggest improvements on the HR processes to minimize inefficiencies
- Prepare the yearly HR budget, validate by CHRO
- Control and monitor the HR budget

Your profile
- At least 10-years’ experience of which 5 years as HR manager
- College/University Education: Diploma / Degree in HR management
- Training: Good knowledge of labor laws is an advantage
