Your role
In this role, you will lead the Delivery Business Line Data, Analytics & AI:
- You grow the Business Line, elaborate and execute a strategy and the development of strong Value Propositions to support Client Partners and Sales in business development
- You drive the go-to-market activities and the overall visibility, and actively participate to pre-sales
- You will ensure efficient and high quality elaboration of offers with a high wining rate
- You manage the operations, i.e. projects and mandates, and report the results (progress, variances) to the COO
- You optimize assignment of people to offers and projects, to ensure optimal project staffing and Business Line chargeability
- You develop, coach and retain people, develops skills and capabilities
- You organize technology watch and technology life cycle management for relevant technologies
- You perform partner management for Business Line specific partners

Your profile
You have a strong experience in managing and delivering Data, Analytics & AI services and solutions. You have experience in the successful management of a large team. You are a strong communicator for advertising the Business Line solutions and services at customers and with sales.
Your expertise includes some of the following:
- You have a university degree in computer science or a related field
- You are enthusiastic about Data and AI technology, constantly learning and love to master challenges in a changing environment
- You believe that software only makes sense if it brings business value
- You see yourself as a driver of growth in the Data & AI domain
- You love teamwork and constant exchange with colleagues and customers
- You have 10 years+ practical experience in delivering Data, Analytics & AI solutions and services
- You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written
