Your role
- You will join ELCAdemy where you will go through a series of trainings and basic and initial internal training (Object Oriented Programming with Java, Spring, SpringBoot, SQL training and practices, and frontend training in Angular) during 3 months with a permanent contract to then join the company's internal projects. Different methodologies (Agile/Scrum) will be explained to you.
- You will learn to work in a group and international environment, you will learn how to manage and plan times, estimates, deadlines, etc.
- And most importantly, once you have been trained, at the end of your ELCAdemy process you will be assigned to a final project in the company.

Your profile
Technologies you will learn about:
- Backend: Java, Spring, SpringBoot, Flyway, Mockito.
- Frontend: Angular, Typescript, NG-Zorro, Jasmine, Karma, NPM.
- DB: MySQL.
- CI/CD: Docker, Openshift.
- Version Control: GIT
- Project Management: Atlassian Suite (Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence).
Objectives
- Learn the complete development of a web application (frontend + backend) in a multinational business environment.
- Acquire a set of best practices for software development focused on quality.
- Obtain the right skills on how to work on a day-to-day basis in a real project, with Agile methodology.
- Reach the right level of maturity and quality to be assigned to an international project.
Knowledge And Skills
- Completed training in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications
- Interest in being part of a multinational company, leading in projects, products and technology.
- Minimum level of English: B2
